1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr66 ("pkr66", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr66 website located at https://pkr66.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon.

pkr66 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform primarily serving Pakistani users. The Platform operates in English and targets users in Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities across the country.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

To register and maintain an Account on pkr66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing terms, whichever is greater. pkr66 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Funds: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, nor may you allow a third party to use your Account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether applied through pkr66 or any other gambling operator.
• Not a Prohibited User: You must not be a prohibited user as defined in these Terms or as restricted by applicable law.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must notify pkr66 promptly of any changes to this information.

pkr66 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Accounts are subject to identity verification. pkr66 may request documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the primary identity document for Pakistani nationals. A valid Pakistani passport is also acceptable where CNIC is unavailable.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three (3) months, showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie / liveness verification: A real-time photograph confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identity document.
• Payment method verification: Evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Account withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Always submit documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. Never send identity documents via unsecured channels, messaging apps or email. Do not alter, obscure or falsify any document — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party. pkr66 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Platform Access

pkr66 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to resell, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game mechanics, odds data and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of pkr66 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

5.3 User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national or international law;
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of pkr66 or any third party;
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications;
• Involves the use of bots, automated scripts or any artificial means to gain an unfair wagering advantage;
• Disrupts, overloads or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or servers.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pkr66 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Payment method availability — including any references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other Pakistani payment rails — is subject to change without notice and depends on the operator's current cashier configuration. Payment provider names are referenced for user familiarity only; they do not constitute an endorsement or confirmed integration.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. pkr66 reserves the right to:

• Request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Limit withdrawal amounts in accordance with the Platform's standard processing tiers;
• Delay withdrawals pending completion of anti-fraud or AML review procedures;
• Return funds to the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Processing times vary by payment method and verification status. No specific withdrawal speed is guaranteed. Completed KYC verification generally results in faster processing.

6.3 Currency

Accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) by default unless otherwise specified at registration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pkr66 are subject to:

1. The specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement;
2. The general bonus rules set out in this Section 7.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates per game category are published in the individual promotion terms. Sports bets and live casino games may carry different contribution rates to slot games.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pkr66 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements (arbitrage); and using automated systems to claim bonuses. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.

8. Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current betting rules. pkr66 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed after an event outcome is known, bets placed with incorrect odds due to a manifest error, or bets that breach these Terms.

8.2 Manifest Errors

A "manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake in any odds, lines, markets or other information published on the Platform. All bets placed on manifest errors are void. pkr66 will make reasonable efforts to correct errors promptly.

8.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team matches, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and other cricket events — are subject to cricket-specific rules published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. pkr66 holds no official affiliation, partnership or endorsement with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket board or franchise. References to these competitions are for sporting context only.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time connection integrity. pkr66 will not be liable for any bets affected by connection issues on the User's end. It is the User's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection when placing in-play wagers.

9. Casino & Game Rules

Each casino game available on the Platform operates according to its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

pkr66 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be suspended, withdrawn or modified by the supplying studio or the operator at any time without notice.

Progressive jackpot pools and displayed prize figures are illustrative unless confirmed as a currently active, live jackpot. No guaranteed win is implied by any jackpot amount displayed on the Platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Match-fixing and corruption: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or corrupt sporting event;
• Collusion: Coordinating bets or gameplay with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a valid, completed deposit;
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under false identities;
• Identity fraud: Providing false, forged or misleading identification documents during registration or KYC;
• Hacking or platform manipulation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or any Platform infrastructure.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 By pkr66

pkr66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close or block any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Account holder has breached these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited purposes;
• The Account holder is a Prohibited User;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

In the event of account closure due to breach, pkr66 may forfeit any bonus funds and may withhold withdrawal of Real Money Funds pending investigation.

11.2 By the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the pkr66 support team. Any verified Real Money Funds balance will be refunded to your verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC and fraud checks, subject to these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate odds, market suspensions, game malfunctions or Platform downtime;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including payment method availability, bonus descriptions or game rules.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pkr66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the pkr66 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

pkr66 collects personal data — including name, contact details, identity documents and transaction records — strictly for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML obligations and service improvement. pkr66 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

14. Responsible Gambling

pkr66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following safer-gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

15. Governing Law

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose additional obligations or restrictions that are not addressed by these Terms.

16. Amendments to These Terms

pkr66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered Users will be notified via email or an on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
